About Me
I'm a licensed realtor specializing in helping expats and first-time homebuyers find homes that meet their needs in the competitive Silicon Valley housing market.
Having lived in Burma, Singapore, and the United States, I connect naturally with people from diverse backgrounds. I’m fluent in English, Mandarin, and Burmese, which allows me to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients and agents. My own relocation experiences have shown me just how overwhelming it can be to move—especially when adjusting to a new culture and system. These experiences fuel my passion for helping others navigate major transitions with clarity and confidence.
I believe a home is more than just a place to live — it’s where we rest, recharge, and create meaningful memories. It’s important to find a space that truly supports the life you want to build. With a background in business and finance, I understand the numbers that drive real estate decisions and help my clients make choices that are both financially sound and personally fulfilling.
For first-time buyers, especially those transitioning from renting, I often recommend starting with a condo. Homeownership comes with big responsibilities, but condos can ease the transition. I help clients assess their monthly budgets to determine how they can best transition from paying rent to owning their first home. I also specialize in reviewing HOA documents and fees to ensure buyers are getting good value for their money. I diligently evaluate the financial health and management of the HOA and clearly highlight any risks to the buyer. Having lived in condos across several countries, I also know firsthand what makes a condo or multifamily home truly liveable—from practical amenities to a well-maintained and secure environment. This global perspective allows me to guide clients toward homes that support both their present needs and future goals.
